How the board behaves

A bead is released at the top. Every pin sends it left or right with equal indifference, six times over, and it settles wherever the arithmetic leaves it.

Why the middle keeps winning

Six left-or-right decisions have sixty-four possible paths, and twenty of them finish in the centre against one apiece at the edges. The edges pay most precisely because the board so rarely reaches them. Nothing you do at the top changes that distribution.

A fresh allowance arrives every three hours, and an empty balance is refilled at no charge.

The stake is virtual. Glints are counters kept in this browser. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, goods or vouchers, traded, gifted or passed to another player, and no slot on this board awards a prize.
