How the board behaves

A bead is released at the top. Every pin sends it left or right with equal indifference, six times over, and it settles wherever the arithmetic leaves it.

The seven slots

Each slot and what it returns
Slot	Returns
Either far edge	9× the stake
One in from either edge	2×
Either side of centre	Half the stake back
Dead centre	A tenth back

Why the middle keeps winning

Six left-or-right decisions have sixty-four possible paths, and twenty of them finish in the centre against one apiece at the edges. The edges pay most precisely because the board so rarely reaches them. Nothing you do at the top changes that distribution.

A fresh allowance arrives every three hours, and an empty balance is refilled at no charge.

The stake is virtual. Glints are counters kept in this browser. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, goods or vouchers, traded, gifted or passed to another player, and no slot on this board awards a prize.

Watching beads for longer than you meant to? Our Responsible Social Gaming Policy covers session reminders, blocking purchases and self-exclusion.

Points of light scattered across a dark field — Sixty-four ways down, and the board has no favourite.

Plain speaking

A rare edge is still an accident

Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

Chandelier Drop is a game with nothing riding on it. It imitates no commercial machine, links to no betting service and teaches nothing transferable. Real gambling costs real money and behaves quite differently.
