Write to the house, a person writes back
One desk answers everything: a room behaving oddly, a purchase that went sideways, a question about your data, or a complaint you have been rehearsing all week.
The post here is opened by people, not by a machine that hunts for keywords and replies with a link you have already read. Mondays are slow and the week after a public holiday is slower, and if a message is going to take longer than two business days we say so rather than leave you refreshing an inbox.
A useful message names the room, the browser and the device, and says what happened in the order it happened. A screenshot spares everyone a paragraph. Please leave out passwords and card numbers — we never need either, and no reply from this house will ever ask for them.
If the question is a common one, the questions page has probably answered it already, in writing, at three in the morning, without waiting for anybody to come back from lunch.

An ordinary form on an ordinary page: it posts, the server reads it, you get an answer. Nothing here depends on a script, so it behaves the same with scripting turned off.

Not out of policy, and not because a manager said no. The things being asked for do not exist on this site.
Winnings, cash-outs and the value of a balance.
Nothing in these rooms is won and nothing is staked. Glints are counters kept inside this browser; they hold no monetary value, convert to no currency, redeem against no goods, vouchers or prizes, and pass to no other player. So there is no payout to chase, no withdrawal to arrange, no wallet to verify and no draw to enter. A letter asking for any of that gets an honest answer, which is that the thing was never built.
Refunds of money that never changed hands.
Losing a pile of Glints at the tables costs nothing and refunds nothing: the balance is topped up free, on its own, every three hours. A payment made with real money is a different matter entirely: a charge that landed twice, counters paid for and never delivered, an order placed on a phone somebody left unlocked. Send the receipt to [email protected] and read the billing part of the Terms of Use, which says what happens after that.
Advice about gambling with real money.
We run no real-money gambling, hold no licence for it, take no bets and point nobody towards an operator who does.
